Ms. Euphie K Paul holds an MBA with dual specializations in Human Resources and Project
Management from the prestigious Liverpool John Moores University, UK. She also holds a BSc in
Information Technology, a BA in Journalism, and has been a trained and certified Montessorian
since 2017. A seasoned professional in business conceptualization, administration, marketing
communication, and value creation, she leads the People and Marketing functions of Welmont
Hospital. Since 2015, she has excelled in diverse managerial roles across industries and global
organizations, earning a reputation as a go-to expert in sales, administration, and cross-functional coordination. Her experience with renowned companies such as Mahindra &
Mahindra, The Prestige Group, and Sobha Developers have equipped her with hands-on
expertise, elevating the hospital’s operational efficiency.
Beyond her leadership in healthcare, Ms. Euphie K Paul is an accomplished entrepreneur. She is
the Founder of Little Britain Preschool, a premium Montessori institution in Cochin, Kerala,
established in 2018, which now operates successfully across two branches with international
accreditation. She further expanded into education by launching Madam’s Academy of
Montessori Education, dedicated to training future Montessori educators. In addition, she cofounded ABOE, a premium food and beverage consultancy firm. Her most recent venture,
MammaKunji, is a sustainable brand focused on authentic organic clothing, set to open in the
heart of Cochin. Across all her ventures, she has consistently upheld a commitment to quality,
innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Ms. Euphie K Paul’s creative vision extends beyond business management to interior design.
Every corner of Welmont Hospital and Little Britain School reflects her meticulous attention to
detail and aesthetic sensibility. Without formal training in interior design, she transformed
these spaces from concept to reality, ensuring an optimal user experience for patients,
students, and clients alike. Her ability to integrate research-driven strategies, skilled hiring,
team training, and effective internal and external communication has significantly enhanced
the hospital’s reputation. Under her leadership, Welmont Hospital has become a benchmark for
exceptional patient care in Kochi.
Her outstanding contributions to business and healthcare have earned her a coveted spot
among India’s distinguished women entrepreneurs in the Women Entrepreneurship Program at
The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-B). Ms. Euphie K Paul continues to set new
