Meet Neethu Elsa John – The “Mech Rani” with a Heart for Teaching and Creativity
Affectionately known as our “Mech Rani,” Neethu Elsa John is a powerhouse of knowledge, warmth, and inspiration. A proud mother of two little angels, she’s also a university first rank holder in Mechanical Engineering (PG) from the prestigious CUSAT—a rare blend of brilliance and grace.
By day, she’s shaping young minds as an Assistant Professor at St. Albert’s Engineering College, where students admire her passion and clarity. “Ma’am doesn’t just teach formulas—she makes us believe we can conquer anything,” shares one of her engineering students.
At Little Britain Preschool, she wears another hat with equal love and care—as our Admissions Officer In-charge, helping families take their first joyful steps into the world of early education.
And her creativity doesn’t stop there—Neethu is also the proud founder of Candle Decor by Elsa, a heart-led venture in handmade candle artistry.
From guiding future engineers to welcoming tiny learners, Neethu brings purpose, passion, and a mother’s heart to everything she does.
